The builder behind the studio.

I'm Scott — a product builder and founder in Austin, Texas. For 20 years I've built and scaled PropTech: three companies co-founded, 10+ products shipped, and one taken from zero to $4M+ ARR before exiting in 2021.

Most recently I built RipOS, a custom operating platform that runs 3,300+ residential assets and is used every day by 80+ people. The throughline of my career is simple: the fastest way to find out if an idea works is to build it.

Yes — that's the whole model. Fifteen years of building plus AI-native tooling let one senior person move like a small product org: design, architecture, and real code, without the overhead of hand-offs. I've shipped 10+ products and operating systems this way, including one running 3,300+ assets for 80+ daily users.
Who owns what?+
You own your data and your branded instance — yours to use and export anytime, no black boxes. The underlying platform and IP are owned by Molluso Holdings LLC and licensed to you. That's deliberate: instead of a static codebase you'd have to host and maintain yourself, you get a living platform I keep hosted, secure, and always improving — built specifically around how your business operates. Exact terms are agreed in writing before any work begins.
It's just you — what happens if you're not around?+
I build on standard, well-documented stacks (TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase, the Anthropic API) — nothing exotic, nothing that depends on me being in the loop. Your data is always yours and exportable, everything's documented, and continuity is planned for up front so the platform keeps running no matter what. No black boxes.
How fast is "fast"?+
A meaningful first milestone usually ships in days and weeks, not months and quarters. Starting small is the point — you see working software early and we steer from there. Proof over slideware.
